Our typical investment structure is equity investment, focusing on investments with existing cash-flow, like apartment buildings, office buildings, and student housing. With this type of investment, investors pool their money to purchase a piece of a specific property or a pool of properties. The investment is acquired and managed by TwinRock, also known as a “sponsor”, with a track record of acquiring and managing real estate. Investors are typically entitled to a share of the cash-flow from rents as well as a share of the proceeds when the property is eventually sold. The hold period for an investment like this may range from 3-10 years.
We actively manage our properties during our ownership period with the dual objectives of cash flow and income growth. We target only those properties that can pay a cash distribution to investors throughout the year.
