How It Works
With $1000 or more you can invest in a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate Properties.
We collect rent
Our portfolio of properties generates monthly rental payments from our creditworthy tenants.
We pay you a preferred return every quarter from Rental Income.
When the property is sold you make money from the appreciation and profit of the sale.
