TRP Fund III is a residential housing fund that opened escrow in 2012. The fund’s strategy was to accumulate single family residences, rehab as appropriate, lease them largely to the foreclosed-upon homeowner and sell them when the for-sale market recovers. The fund was set up to continue off of the platform built around Funds I and II including the team, proprietary technology programs, procedures and valuation models.
